Usually there is latency observed up to 3 hours in purchases. For any reasons if you experience further delays then please submit a support ticket.
No. Payment Processor Id changes are no appreciated once it is added and confirmed. For some exceptional reason you can raise a support ticket with clear justification, we may ask you to send your photo id for the security of your account.
We offer 7 days REFUND policy on the first purchase upto 5$ you have made through payment processors, 10% processing fee applies, please write an email to refunds@10adspay.com within 7 days from your original payment processor based purchase date, in case if you are not satisfied with our products and services. Before asking for a refund please allow us a chance to cater you with improved experience based on your feedback if it applies.
Payouts/Withdrawal requests will be processed within 72 hours from the request timestamp, however it will done well before time.

NOTE: Withdrawal request must be requested to the same payment processor used to deposit. If you use multiple payment processors to make adpack purchases, then you will receive the revenue sharing rewards to the individual payment processors and you will be able to withdraw them using the those payment processor ONLY.

Unfortunately we do not permit this scenario because as per our policy, One household or IP address cannot have multiple account running.

Exception to this policy – If your spouse, son or daughter or live-in partners, blood relationship or dependents or paying guests living in the same household and wants to sign up their account from the same household or IP addresses it is recommended to sign up their account under the company id sponsorship (company id is 1 – ‘tenadspay’ )

If you are already signed-up under your spouse or any family relationship who lives within the same household and they are dependent on you then immediately raise a support ticket to change their account sponsorship to ‘tenadspay’ else your account may be at a risk of suspension or termination
A literal meaning of stacking is arrange (a number of things) in a pile, typically a neat one.
We correlate this scenario with our business where every sponsor has an opportunity to receive referral commission. To avoid any stacking with commission or within the same household and to bring parity in referral earnings system we do not allow multiple accounts sign-up from the same household or IP address, no matter what family relationship it is.
For all such sign-up and account management we have active monitoring in place and if our compliance analyst found such instance whether it’s done intentionally or unintentionally then company reserves full rights to take your account under review temporarily to enquire further on this situation or directly terminate your account without any prior notice. In such cases of direct termination no appeal will be entertained as well.
In case if company have limited your account, you will get an email from the company (email delivery is not guaranteed as its subject to various technical dependencies)

The commission balance are subject to be consumed towards the purchases of any product or services on our website. This also gives you ability to try our services and there is a potential that you may earn rewards with your purchases.
10AdsPay reserves full right to bring revision to their commission and referral policies without any prior notice

With effect from 18th April 2017 - The commission % is revised as 6% and this can be withdrawn or used to make purchases of any digital products offered on our website
Yes 10AdsPay has active fair usage policy regarding commission earnings. Management reserves right to carefully review any account timely and consider its reset based on the several usage patterns. Since this policy is not applicable to all the our members and hence management reserves right to deal with such accounts on case to case basis.

Our current FUP limit as of 5th April 2017 is set to 2X or 200%.
